Cody is an experienced professional at Cross Iron Contracting Inc., bringing over 19 years of carpentry expertise to the table. Having pursued post-secondary education, he has developed a strong understanding of both the craft and the value of precision. Cody takes great pride in his work ethic and the quality of every job, always striving to deliver a top-notch finished product to the customer. On his days off, Cody enjoys smoking brisket and hosting team BBQs, bringing people together over great food and conversation.

Dean

Dean is an apprentice carpenter with over five years of experience in both renovations and new home construction. Skilled in fine finishing and detail work, he’s built a solid reputation for exceptional craftsmanship. Passionate about precision and quality, he’s dedicated to delivering outstanding results for homeowners while fostering a strong team atmosphere. Outside of work, Dean enjoys camping, playing guitar, spending time in the summertime, and traveling to see new sights.

Mitch

Mitch has been working in carpentry for over 5 years, bringing strong skills in planning and organizing to every project. Known for telling funny jokes and keeping the mood light, Mitch is always ready to add some humor to the day. When he's not hard at work, Mitch enjoys spending quality time with his family, who hold the key to his heart. He loves playing golf, hockey, and baseball, and is always up for team-building activities like attending team dinners or playing sports. His passion for teamwork and dedication to his craft make him an essential part of any project.

Pierre

Pierre has been with Cross Iron for over 3 years, bringing a strong work ethic and great attention to detail to every project. When he's not working hard onsite, Pierre enjoys spending quality time with his wife and three kids, cherishing those special moments together.

Brett

Brett is known for his attention to detail, punctuality, and positive attitude. With just over four years of carpentry experience, he’s eager to continue his education and pursue his journey toward becoming a journeyman. Brett also has aspirations of moving into management and eventually running his own crew. On his days off, he enjoys playing hockey and spending time with his girlfriend. Brett loves team-building opportunities, like attending BBQs, and is also the go-to site DJ, where he practices his tuning skills and plays music for the crew to enjoy.

Tim has been working in the carpentry field for over 30 years and has been with CIC for just over a year. Known for his positivity, sense of humor, and strong leadership, Tim is always ready to lift the team's spirits. Outside of work, Tim loves riding his bike, spending time with his family and grandkids, and shopping for more tools – he’s like a kid in a candy shop when it comes to finding the perfect addition to his collection.
